Glitchy, needs a live tv option as this is a free channel anyway with an antenna.

This will app will not play live tv but it states on the app that it does??

The video just doesnt play for me. ProTip for Rogers: dont update the app again unless you are sure users can actually watch the video.

If your not streaming to AppleTV, the app kind of works. But, start streaming to AppleTV and get ready for adds freezing the app, rewatching the same damned Tangerine add (I will have that song in my head all day!) and restarting the episode youre watching over and over again. Worst streaming app EVER!!! It took me about 2 hours to watch a 43 minute episode. Oh, and dont start the app in landscape mode, that doesnt work well. Which is weird since you watch the shows in landscape mode.

I thought having a City Tv app would give me access to my favourite shows, was I wrong. Endless commercials, crashes and the inability to watch a show to the end, just goes to other shows, or commercials or crashes. A very poorly executed app, the coder should be ashamed. Dont frustrate yourself with this, until its fixed.

Buggy as it gets. The commercials play overtop of the tv show, end, then boot you back to the beginning of the program. What the heck? This has student-project written all over it. Time for Rogers to hire actual developers.

Im very glad to be able to watch City on Apple TV! However, there are some major issues with the app. The same ads repeat over and over and are often much louder than the show. Sometimes an ad will stall completely, forcing me to go back to the menu and select the episode again. I can easily navigate back to where I was in the program, but of course Im forced to watch the entire ad break from the beginning. However, the most annoying issue is that the countdown that should appear at the end of the episode is displayed when Im only three-quarters of the way through the episode. When it expires, a different show starts playing! I have to press menu, go back to the show I was watching, then navigate to just after the black dot indicating the final commercial break. So frustrating! Once these bugs are fixed and the ad variety is improved, this app will be great. For now, though, its a disappointing mess.

Every time we watch a show it cuts off the last line of the show. In sitcoms that is usually one of the funniest lines in the show. The app also crashes often during commercial breaks.

Same 4 sponsors play over and over. Now I hate Toyota, Durex and BMO. App crashes constantly.

The app isnt compatible with Chromcast, programmed with 4 annoying and same commercials AND when I tried to back up a little to rewatch the scene it brought me back to the beginning of that whole episode forcing me to rewatch it anew with another 12 ads! Just terrible!

Freezes, commercials are endless, terrible app.

Ads volume is way to high and shows seem to skip the last few minutes and automatically jump to the next episode.

Should be called that. Gets stuck on repeated ad loops. Never saw a full episode of anything. Poor tech.

Nothing says "kickass" like the app deciding at the halfway mark of your show that its just going to run the previous episode now with NO WAY to exit out of it!

Im pleased.

The ads work great, clear and plenty of them but the shows never work properly. Crashes often, sound doesnt match up and sometimes doesnt work at all. I use to use the app all the time and it seemed to be fine, but now whatever has been upgraded has definitely downgraded the app.

So frustrating. Ive been in a loop of ads for at least 10,minutes now. And then it crashes and now I watched a bunch of more ads and now finally it starts to play... 15 minutes behind where i was and it wont let me fast forward... Wow. This is a horrible app.

While watching a video and only 3/4 way through, its starts the next video????? And too many commercials. 3 max

Once again Rogers graces us with their half baked attitude. This app is not even finished! The Continue Watching function just plain doesnt work. Ads just seem to start playing *whenever* and keep playing in the backgrond regardless of what Im trying to watch. Does Rogers even pretend to test anything? OMG! You could have hired a guy in a basement to develop this and would have created a better app than this. No wonder I hate Rogers. You took a great brand like CityTV and turned it into crap like everything else you do.
