I love having access to the shows. I do not love how it freezes, plays more commercials than are needed (itll finish a set of commercials and then repeat the same set back to back! So you watch 8 commercials instead of the standard 4). I dislike how if you move forward or backwards at all, more commercial interruptions occur, even if you are going back to something you have already seen. And I hate how at the end of a show (like Blackish or Bachelor) it will jump to the next episode, causing one to miss the last 2 minutes of whatever youre currently watching and there is no way I can see of stopping this annoyance.

Apps keeps jumping back from shows and when in the show it rewinds back to an old position

Nice to see Rogers bring this to Apple TV, first of many I hope. I also hope they learn from the glitches this app has. The most irritating glitch Ive had is when it wants to jumps me to a new show when Im only in the third segment of what Im currently watching. Until this is fixed, I cant recommend it.

This app doesnt allow you to go ahead to where you last watched the show. It crashes a fair bit. It also wont let you do airplay through Apple TV. Theres shows I love on citytv but your app is very frustrating. Please start to fix your issues.

In one 20 minute episode, I sat through 22 ads. 22. Im not kidding. In that same episode, the app crashed. When I got the episode back on, there were 7 ads before I could resume watching. And then it switched to another episode of a different show before the episode finished. Complete garbage.

Over a month it has been noted that crashes on commercials and has not been fixed. Poor support. Would be a great app.

Nice to have Canadian companies offering mobile service, but the app needs work. Crashes regularly playing ads. Would be nice to archive shows from the beginning as well, rather than just a couple of episodes.

Constantly closes. Ads loop sometimes. Starts a different show out of nowhere. No ad free option. Just want to get through one show without a glitch.

Okay, I had a review all written out and then it stopped me from posting it. I hate this app, I hate how glitchy the videos are and that they keep looping back to the beginning, and I hate Apple. This app is absolutely useless, a waste of time. Pointless to download. Although it would make a good health app since you will never get to watch your show. Zero stars.

Shows autoplay to the next one before the show youre watching is over. Commercials are insanely loud, and play the same ones over and over.

Perfect app if you want to watch endless babybel or Trojan commercials. Theres so many things wrong with this app I dont have the room to list them.

First the app wouldnt let you watch the last 7 minutes of any show. No it wont open at all. Plus the same ad loops over and over 5-7 times before playing each segment.

First and foremost thank you for allowing us to watch our fav shows here for free. There are opportunities to make the app better. I remember having to re-watch an episode like 5 times because the player wouldnt let me go back to the beginning or skip forward. Even after deleting the app and re-installing it, the episode would only start from that one scene. After all that I never finished the episode because I was so frustrated. Also most of the shows I watch like Modern Family and Brooklyn Nine-Nine always seem to have the last scene of the episode while the credits are rolling. The player always seem to get cut way too early so you miss what happens and then a random video completely unrelated loads up. If there was a way to watch the complete episode that would be appreciated. Looking forward to the changes.

I only wish the episodes were available longer, I often miss them with my busy schedule and would like to be able to view the last 3-4 episodes.

The App on Apple TV is very frustrating to use. The two most frustrating problems are first that it makes you watch the same four advertisements again every time you jump back 10 seconds to catch something you missed. The ads should not play again unless you cross one of the ad markers in the timeline. The other problem is that the app has autoplay at the end of an episode that cannot be turned off and cannot be cancelled. I hate autoplay. Because of this feature it is also impossible to watch all of an episode of Modern Family because autoplay skips to the next video, which happens to be a commercial for Modern Family and not even another episode, before the clip at the end of the episode has finished playing. It is an awful experience, and very frustrating.

Half way through a show, a totally different show starts to play ... tried 3 times to finish the show I was watching ... impossible!

App does not work well on apple tv. Too many commercials and they play over and over again..

Ads are SUPER loud, way louder than the shows. Video quality is also excellent for ads but not always the same for shows. If you accidentally close the app or want to finish watching later, you have to sit through all the ads again. Also certain shows wont work in the app, even though theyre "available" on it.

Good when it works, unfortunately thats about as often as the leafs win the cup
